Bush Discusses War on Terror in South Carolina

I am putting the whole speech here, because I have not heard a word about this except that it is supposed to be good and no one is going to read it because there are more important things happening. Don't you know? There was another debate--yawn--and some chick got arrested for drunk driving.

I see. And when the President of the United States gives a speech on the state of the war that the jihadists have waged against us, this is potato chips? Nothing? That is why I took up so much space. If they do not be careful, I'll start printing everything over at the White House! I may be picking it apart with great joy or sorrow, but at least someone will know what is going on around here. Speak their language

So, they want illegal aliens to move ahead of all the people waiting for years to come here, but they did it the proper way, eh? Do you feel as though there is nothing you can do? Do not fret!

I want to hear those phones a'ringing! Go get 'em, guys. We'll bring them to their knees. When they come with hands out this time, you know exactly what to do. Hand them the name of this bill, Comprehensive Immigration Reform, in the size of a check!

Sen. Joe, Pres. George, and Pres. Sarkozy

We have heard from Sen. Joe on Sunday what we should be hearing or seeing from President Bush, but he's too busy trying to give terrorists amnesty--er--I mean illegal aliens--er--I mean 'comprehensive immigration reform' that everyone should be smart enough to agree upon. NO!

Continuing, President Bush did have some good news over the weekend, however. He received a heroes welcome in Albania. They even named the street in front of their Capitol after him.

Now Sarkozy, wow! It looks as if the conservatives over in France (of all places!) are kicking the pants off the communists at the ballot box! Wow! I wonder what that feels like...

The new theme in Washington: Scooter who?

My blood is boiling, so be forewarned. All these people stay loyal to the bush crowd, but they need him? Where is he? He's too busy trying to give away America, that's where!

It is an injustice to sentence Scooter Libby to 30 months in prison for something that was never brought up in the trial, and do you remember Sandy Burgler? HE STOLE NATIONAL SECURITY SECRETS. He got a slap on the hand from mr. bush.

I've about had it. If it were not for the war, his words would never out of my mouth again...

When you can't debate, call names. Very grown-up, eh?

Dear President Bush,

I have supported you on almost every issue. I have also been a United States citizen my entire life. So was my Mom and Dad. My Mother is Mohawk, and my Father is Armenian. His parents escaped Stalin...legally. We love this country and all her citizens. Well, almost all. We don't really care too much for the criminals. Actually, it's the crimes we don't care for, the criminal is still a child of God. I do belong to Chuck Colson's Prison Ministry.

How dare you call me a racist. I expect an apology from you. You, of all people, ought to know better. Your Mother taught you better than that. So you are backed into a corner because more than two-thirds of the country believe in a small thing known as Sovereignty. That does not give you the right to demean us. By the way, have you even read the bill yet?

Yes, we disagree with you. So do the anti-Americans! You show them more respect, and you give them a platform that is tearing this country apart! They are also giving aid and comfort to the enemy, but do you prosecute them? NO! You praise them.

This is not a difficult problem. All you have to do is ENFORCE the LAWS already on the books. Instead, you have tied the hands of the border control. Let one or two of them try to do their job, and they get thrown in prison for ten and eleven years respectfully! That is not respect. That is cowardice. You are allowing people who have no right to be here have a vote.

What you are doing, sir, in essense, is giving amnesty without represention. Do you remember what happened the last time the American people were this angry over taxation without represention?

Bush to NK: Patience is not Unlimited

President Bush and Prime Minister Abe were at Camp David over the weekend. One of the topics of grave concern to Japan is North Korea's nuclear weapons. They are already withholding food and oil from NK.

"Our partners in the six-party talks are patient, but our patience is not unlimited," Bush said, referring to disarmament negotiations between the United States, Japan, China, Russia, South Korea and North Korea

For his part, Abe said, "We completely see eye to eye on this matter. They need to respond properly on these issues. Otherwise we will have to take a tougher response on our side."

Japan is already withholding economic and food aid to the reclusive communist regime.

On another subject, Abe apologized for the Japanese military's actions in forcing women to work in military brothels during World War II. He said he wanted to "express my apologies that they were placed in that circumstance." [Continue reading.]

Bush warns Iran about interferring in Iraq

This is the crazies thing I have read recently. I must admit, the NY Times writes plenty of crazy things, but to take the side of a terrorist against the USA?

US President George W. Bush vowed on Monday to respond firmly if Iran foments violence in Iraq and the White House urged Tehran to play a constructive role in the region. "If Iran escalates its military action in Iraq to the detriment of our troops and, or, innocent Iraqi people, we will respond firmly," Bush told National Public Radio in an interview.

Hassan Kazemi Qomi, Iran's ambassador to Iraq, told The New York Times in an interview published Monday Iran was taking steps to greatly expand military and economic ties with Iraq. He also acknowledged for the first time that two Iranians detained last month by US forces were security officials as the United States has claimed.

In response to Iran's plans to expand ties with Iraq, White House spokesman Tony Snow said: "We hope Iran plays a constructive role in the region, rather than one that is not being constructive - whether it be in pursuing nuclear weapons or supporting groups that have been committing acts of violence against either US troops, against people within Iraq or destabilizing democracies in Afghanistan and Lebanon."

"The government of Iraq will have to make decisions about its relations with Iran," he said. "We'll just have to see how things unfold," Snow said. [Say what?!] [Read more.]

Not One Bloody Red Cent

There is a non-binding resolution that some Republicans believe means not a thing. Au contraire. It does mean that they are sending our young men and women into a war they do not support. It means they resoundingly voted for General Petraeus to be the man in charge of this new move forward, after he informed them that this non-binding resolution would get more of them killed. It would embolden our enemies.

Do they believe they know more than he? Do they really not want our men to die? Do they really support the troops? I say, "Hell no, they don't."

That is why I signed the petition that Hugh Hewitt and NZ Bear have created. I urge you to do the same. After you have done so, please call your Senators! Also, call Senators McConnell, Lott and Kyl at 202-225-3121. Let them know they will lose your vote and your dollars, and tell them why.

Don't forget to call Sen. Ensign. He is the Chairman of the Republican National Committee, and you will find him at 202-675-6000. Let him know he will not be receiving one bloody red cent because he is going to continue supporting people who vote for this evil thing.

Here is the name of some of the Senators who we may be able to be persuade through calm, serious and thoughtful discussion. Minnesota's Norm Coleman, Maine's Susan Collins and Oregon's Gordon Smith. They will likely be convinced to rethink possible support against the resolution in the light of the Petraeus testimony and the president's speech Tuesday. We are at war. We should all be Americans, but the Democrats want this to be Viet Nam. The Republicans do not have a spine. We have witnessed this for the past 6 years. That is why we lost some very capable justices, tax cuts, energy bills, etc. This one, this non-binding resolution, is a hill I am prepared to die on.

I wish President Bush has the steel for them as he has for our troops. That is behind us now. These so-called Senators say you must know when it is important enough to for you to fight. If we do not fight back now, we are letting our troops down. I cannot stand for this. Neither should you. Thank you.

Update: Does anyone the 14 members who basically stopped the Senate from bringing forth any judges worthy of the Supreme Court or Appeals Court? Well, he's at it again. McCain has just made the announcement that he will work with Democrats (Carl Levin) to give Gen. Petraeus and PM Maliki 'benchmarks'! How dare he!

The good General is not even over there yet, and they've are already trying to tie his hands before he gets there. They claim it is for oversight. Barbara Striesand. They just voted overwhelming for him, and he is favor of President Bush' plan! God, I thought we had only one Commander-in-Chief.

Incumbent Protection Act on Trial Again

Actually, it is known as McCain-Feingold's, "Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act." HA! That's a laugh. Now they are trying to shut up bloggers as well. But that's a different story from this.

In the 2004 elections, Wisconsin's Right to Life tried to run an ad asking voters to call the Senate to tell their representatives not to join in the filibuster against President Bush' judicial nominees. They were denied access by the FEC, because they said that this group was trying to influence the outcome of the election.

May I pleace ask a question? Why do we have to listen to all these blowhards who have a lot of money from the lobbyists they get to have lunch with while our political free speech is silenced? Are we truly equal or are polititians more privileged than we?

I found out that this is going to the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the US) in April and will be decided by the end of the court's term this year. This is a good thing. A bad thing? President Bush is siding with the FEC. So is McCain. Who isn't siding with Bush and McCain? The RNC! My God, what is going on around here?

Bush 'Considers' Pardoning Border Agents

I have written a post over at Knickerbocker News earlier today about President Bush' 'possible' pardon.

There has been a travesty, and Rep. Duncan Hunter-along with many others-are trying to remedy this. Two Border Patrol Agents have been sentenced to 11 years and 1 day (Jose Alonso Compean) and the other Agent is to serve 12 years (Ignacio Ramos) on January 17, 2007.

Of all the nonsense, they are imprisoned for doing their job. We should should all be afraid that we are losing our borders. Especially when our own government imprisons us for fighting to keep our own property, our borders, and safety from drug dealers.

President Bush may pardon these men, but they will no more plead guilty than apologize. They did nothing wrong, in my opinion. You enter my country illegally, you sell your poisin to our children, you take jobs from our children, and you are not a USA citizen. You do not have any rights guaranteed under OUR constition! How dare you, and how dare our justice system for prosecuting these men for shooting him in the buttocks. It's about time someone stood up to the plate.

I would like to add my opinion, as if I was able to write without it. This is affecting the morale of our Border Patrol. Would you like to work for a boss that throw you in jail for doing your job? Then call President Bush at 1-202-456-1111 and express your anger. This should never have gone this far. After all, why should illegal aliens have more rights than USA citizens?! Outrageous...

Be prepared for another attack at home

I cannot believe the stupidity of our elected officials. Maybe it comes from too much education? The Attorney General today sent a letter to Sens. Spectar and Leahy letting them know that the "domestic" spying (which was leaked by someone who was never charged, btw) would be altered so that every case of eavesdropping would go through FISA.

ZDNet news has this: Attorney general: NSA spy program to be reformed. I expect every citizen who reads this to call the White House at 202-456-1111 and ask, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

They will now have to have probable cause instead of cause for reasonable searches. Why is President Bush giving up presidential powers? I am very afraid. You should be, too. I usually say about here, "Have a great day." Today I will say, "Eat, Drink and be Merry, for tomorrow we die."
