Update 2: 2nd Lt. ILario Pantano

Late Thursday night, I heard an interview between Rowan Scarborough and Col. Bill Cowan (sp?) concerning 2nd Lt. ILario Pantano. It was quite an eye opener. It seems fear of the ACLU asking for information about this incident through FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) is the reason they are charging 2nd Lt. ILario Pantano with not only 2 premeditated murder charges, but they are also charging him with destruction of private property. This, you see, was the SUV that the terrorists were trying to escape in. I suppose he was supposed to let them go. After all, we are only at war.

In an environment where the next person encountered on the street could be a killer, troops in Iraq say that they never know when an insurgent will attack them and that they must act within seconds or risk death.

(I don't know how many brave people could actually live every moment of everyday like this. Until you can, I don't think you have the right to judge them. After all, it does say, "a jury of my peers.")

The Marines (beaurocracy) believe that in order to cover their exterior, they have to charge him with something because they know he is not guilty of murder. This is an atrocity.

Now he is receiving death threats. His mother's website was shut down constantly on Tuesday, probably by the same people who put his face on their website in Pakistan and pretended to behead him. There are former Marines now outside his home for protection.

WARNING: Any punk terrorist who thinks you can come near ANY Marine, let alone 2nd Lt. Pantano, is worse than a fool. You will wish you were dead, and they will not be done with you. You will live a long, long time. No one will look for you. You will never be found. Leave him alone, and all will be well.
