Rice to Sudan: No UN in country? 'Unfortunate'

I am getting sick and tired of threats against Sudan that are backed up with air. If you are going to threaten them, then by golly, at least have the decency to follow through on those threats. What do you think that makes the rest of world think about us? They can do anything? We will threaten, and so freakin' what?

Well guess what? That is exactyly what is happening in North Korea and Iran with their nuclear programs. No thank you!
