Fund Gives College Assistance to Children of Fallen Soldiers: The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund was founded in October 2003 to provide college grants and financial assistance to surviving children and spouses of U.S. military service members who died in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
