Judicial Tyranny v. Senatorial Cowardice

It has been brought to my attention that 8 Republican Senators have voiced their apprehension as to their responsibility to have oversight over the Judicial Branch of government. They are John McCain, John Sununu, Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Lincoln Chaffee (no kidding), and I don't remember the other 3 names. When I get them, I will update this post.

They have made their voices heard to the Democrats. What does that do? Well, let's take a look at history. When we were attacked in Somalia, we left. We did not stand and fight. Then, when we were attacked in Saudi Arabia (the Barracks), what did we do? Nothing. When we were attacked in Kenya and Tansania? We bombed an aspirin factory and an empty training camp. That was it. When the USS Cole was hit, what did we do? You see where I'm going? You show weakness, people consider your true character as that of a weak nation.

When you show party incoherence, the other party will look at you as weak, also. I, personally, am sickened by the Republican Party. I have stopped donating to all Republican committees, and when they call, and they do, I tell them why.

I have called the party leader, and I get put on a message machine. Nice. I have called, e-mailed, petitioned, and whatever else I could legally do to no avail. It seems as though we must make a decision. Stop supporting those Senators that do not support us. Just STOP IT. I have stopped a long time ago. Will you?

Will you continue to be bound by people who do not consider the party as valid? Why do they want the Republican backing? Power. McCain thinks he is running for office. Not on my watch! He has done nothing except get in the way of our President every step of the way.

He is caught by the "bug." The media "bug." If it is pleasing to the media, there's John to give an opposing position than President Bush. He actually believes that we care what he says! He believes he knows better than our president, and that is why we were so stupid to elect him...twice!
Back to judicial oversight. It is bound by Congress (Senate in particular) to oversee the courts. It is a three layer system to keep checks and balances. When the court starts deciding that a Congressional Subpenoe is not worth the paper it is written on because they have already made up their minds, they have broken the law. No one, and that includes jusdges, is above the law.

The path of death that we have been creeping on is the wrong path, and it is against the Constitution and the Declaration of Indepence. Maybe for the betterment of all peoples, I shall re-print this:
WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness--That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce then under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance so the Colonies [Republicans]; and such is now the Necesity to which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The History of the Present King of Great-Britain [Democrats, Judges, and MSM *media*] is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations and Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.
I could start with a list of complaints against the courts and the party of Democrats, but all that would be necessary is to read the rest of the Declaration of Independence. The Democrats are using powers not granted them by we the people. If you want to fillibuster, BOTH parties, then you have to stand and deliver. The Courts are using Foreign Laws (from treaties unsigned) to make laws, not inturpret them.

I honestly don't know where it began, but it was a long time ago. Does anyone remember "Seperate but Equal?" How about the Monkey Trials? Jim Crow? You still believe that courts should have the last word? I pity you, then. I would rather fight for what is right, what brings life, beauty, purity, and peace than live one instant with evil. Thank you.

UPDATE: Sen. Warner and Sen. Alexander are 2 more Senators that need to be taken to the wood shed. I'll get the other name, hopefully, soon. Instead of calling them, call the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and tell them who and why you are no longer financially supporting the NRSC. Thank you.
