Iraqis Have a Government!

It is a wonderful day in Iraq. April 28 is Saddam's birthday. They used to have to pretend they were happy and full of joy. This year on April 28, they finally put their elected government together along with the Prime Minister's Cabinet! Happy birthday, Iraq and Iraqis!
