FBI Backlog

Despite more money and more manpower, the FBI still has 123,000 hours of al Qaeda tapes that still have not been reviewed or translated as of April 2004. In addition, 370,000 hours of counter-intelligence have not been reviewed or translated. The new FBI director has put a limit of 12 hours upon receipt of the tapes to be reviewed.
