I could not believe my eyes when they fell upon an article that was written by Atlas Shruggs. Indeed, there is a Madrassa in New York State, and no one is saying a word. The reason people should have been out of sorts is because this is a public school. Where is the Anti-Christian Legal Union (in referrance to the American Communist Legal Union)?

It appears this is not the first case of religious discrimination either. They have been trying this all over the country! With Saudi money I would imagine.

It is a good thing that Atlas Shruggs has operatives all over the country as well. Please visit the site (the article I'm referring to is in the link to Atlas Shruggs), and become educated with this. It is obvious that the dinosaur media will never grow the backbone it requires to admit they are Americans first, journalists second. We will never hear a peep about this.

Ziba Kazemi: A Play in Memory

Zahra (Ziba) Kazemi was murdered four years ago this July 10th by Iranian Guards. They have not yet released her body, nor shall they ever, I fear. Her son, Stephen Hachemi, is still trying in mourning. He is trying to get her remains moved to Canada so that she may be near him. Here is an article that was written only a little while after her murder. For more information about her, you will find it here. This will help those of you who are following this case to keep up with the news about her. (Hat tip to Serendip for the links and some info. Thank you.)

Great news about John Doe's from Washington

Here is great news for us all. The Senate had taken out of the bill that is supposed to protect those who report suspicious behavior the protection from being sued. While in Conference, some people really stood up for America. See, what the Senate wanted to do was allow us to be sued by CAIR or any individual if they were acting suspicious, we reported it, but they turned out to be no threat. (How do they tell?) Can you say, "Dry run"?

This legislation was brought about by the Flying Imams (6 of them) in Denver who were reported as acting suspiciously before and while they were on the flight. They were removed from the plane, and now they want to sue us. Hence the term, John Doe's. They want to sue the people who reported them as a way of shutting up the public so the next time, they will no problems committing their heinous acts.

A person could lose their entire life savings by reporting such a person, but the Democrats did not care. They wanted to please their base; the trial lawyers. We've won this far. Keep the pressure on them by calling toll free: 1-866-340-9281. Thank you.

Great Iranian Blogger reveals CAIR wannabe's

This is horrendous. If there is hunger in the world? Blame America. If there is a flood in the world? Blame America. If there is torture, stoning, raping, murder, or any other criminal offence in Iran? Blame America?!

Serendip has written a very worthy and timely article about National Iranian American Council (NIAC). They are supposedly a human rights group, but Iran has used this trick before. They know what will move public opinion, unlike some people we know, and they use it against us.

Who could say human rights is not a good cause? From these people, ME! How dare they come onto our soil, go into our Congress, and try to persuade them to relieve Iran from the sanctions. Do you know why? BECAUSE THEY ARE WORKING!

Please stop over at Serendip's blog, and read about this. They are as bad as CAIR, if not worse. We must be louder and more active than these make believe groups. They are not civil rights groups. They are beholden to the Ayatollah Khomeini. Don't ever forget that.

I am putting the whole speech here, because I have not heard a word about this except that it is supposed to be good and no one is going to read it because there are more important things happening. Don't you know? There was another debate--yawn--and some chick got arrested for drunk driving.

I see. And when the President of the United States gives a speech on the state of the war that the jihadists have waged against us, this is potato chips? Nothing? That is why I took up so much space. If they do not be careful, I'll start printing everything over at the White House! I may be picking it apart with great joy or sorrow, but at least someone will know what is going on around here. Duncan to appear at Freedom Concert in San Diego

If you are going to the Freedom Concert in San Diego on the 26th of July, you may run into Congressman Duncan Hunter who will be making a special appearance! If you haven't already, you may get your tickets from here.

It would be great if you could come early and stop by Duncan's San Diego Headquarters. It would very nice if we could show him our gratitude for the fence that he DID get up, and also show support for his campaign. You could also wear a Hunter for President t-shirt! They are only $30 or a cap which is $20.

I hope everyone has a very great time. Remember, the true reason for this concert is to honor our Fallen Angels and their children. Don't let these politics or politicians get in the way of that!

Blackfive's Video Potpourri

This first video will last 4:05, and I'm not quite sure if they rescued one of the guys being held or if he was one of the insurgence. Maybe you could help me understand? The name of this clip is "Operation Ithaca - The Fight." (Do not worry. You will not be seeing anything gross.)

In this next clip comes the answer to my question! This clip is 7:59, and the title of it is "Operation Ithaca - Interview." They were successful in this mission, killing 29 and capturing 23 of the enemy. They also rescued 8 hostages who were about to be executed on the day of the mission. Whew! That was close.

This clip is 3:11, and it's title is "AH-64 and C-130 Engage Insurgents." Five insurgents are killed in this one by none other than our USAF! Great job, guys. :)

These next two clips sort of go together, if not by nature then by name. This one is 32 seconds long, and the title is "Crispy Terrorists on the July 14th Menu." It is almost like watching a silent movie, except it is real life...or death to the terrorists as I like to put it. The next clip is titled "Crispy Terrorists on the July 15th Menu" and lasts for 58 seconds.

And to say that the last one is the least one would be an incredibly wrong assumption! This young lady sends it home as to why a Soldier would serve. Here she tells us why she serves. Why I Serve - SSG Shannon Fezer. This clip only lasts for 1:02, yet I wish it were longer. It is people such as she who make me proud to be an American. If you cannot understand this genuine concept, please don't tell me. I don't care if you're a nutjob, just don't prove it on my site! :)

Tonight the Pundit Review Radio is going to host two guests that you won't want to miss! First, we will have an opportunity to hear Buzz Patterson speak a little bit about his new book, "War Crimes."

This is one of those stories that touched my heart so warmly. Many people look at our Soldiers and see only brutes or men ready to kill you if you look at them wrongly. This is the furthest from the truth. They do not understand the ROE (Rules of Engagement). Many people have no idea about life in the military, this is the story for you.

Let me see if I find just one paragraph to entice you. This seems like the right one:

"It seems like time stopped here 2,000 years ago," said Polish Pfc. Chris Demko, a gunner on one of the giant Rosomak armored personnel carriers. "We see these kids running around with nothing, not even shoes, and we want to change that." [The Real Kite Runners flying the Afghan Skies.]

Bravo for the Polish Soldiers! It just goes to show that loving children and humanity does not stop at our waters edge. :)

Pilots down for 1/2 hour surrounded by insurgents

Have you ever read an article that made you just want to know more but knew you couldn't? This is one of those for me. Here we have two pilots that are shot down in Iraq surrounded by insurgents, and it took around half an hour for them to be rescued. For half an hour! What did the rescue team find when they did arrive? Not a single injuring! That is the kind of movie I would pay to see, but I am not quite sure I could stand the vocabulary that may have transpired duing this ordeal. lol. Hitting Hillary's letter out of the ballpark again, Uncle Jimbo!

Reading all the threats everyday that this country is facing, sure can get to a person. That is why Uncle Jimbo is such a great guy. I can always count on him to lift my spirits. He has the right words at the right time to apply to right people. You just have to read his take on Hillary's question given to the Defense Department. He is spot-on!

Would you like to know the question? Okay, here it is:

Dear Mr. Secretary:

On May 22, 2007, I wrote to you to request that you provide the appropriate oversight committees in Congress - including the Senate Armed Services Committee - with briefings on what current contingency plans exist for the future withdrawal of United States forces from Iraq. Alternatively, if no such plans exist, I asked for an explanation for the decision not to engage in such planning.

I am in receipt of a letter from Eric Edelman, the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy who wrote that he was responding on your behalf. Under Secretary Edelman's response did not address the issues raised in my letter and instead made spurious arguments to avoid addressing contingency planning for the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq.

As I noted in my original letter, "the seeds of many problems that continue to plague our troops and mission in Iraq were planted in the failure to adequately plan for the conflict and properly equip our men and women in uniform. Congress must be sure that we are prepared to withdraw our forces without any unnecessary danger."

Rather than offer to brief the congressional oversight committees on this critical issue, Under Secretary Edelman - writing on your behalf - instead claims that congressional oversight emboldens our enemies. Under Secretary Edelman has his priorities backward. Open and honest debate and congressional oversight strengthens our nation and supports our military. His suggestion to the contrary is outrageous and dangerous. Indeed, you acknowledged the importance of Congress in our Iraq policy at a hearing before the House Armed Services Committee in March, when you stated, "I believe that the debate here on the Hill and the issues that have been raised have been helpful in bringing pressure to bear on the Maliki government and on the Iraqis in knowing that there is a very real limit to American patience in this entire enterprise."

Redeploying out of Iraq will be difficult and requires careful planning. I continue to call on the Bush Administration to immediately provide a redeployment strategy that will keep our brave men and women safe as they leave Iraq - instead of adhering to a political strategy to attack those who rightfully question their competence and preparedness after years of mistakes and misjudgments.

Other members of this Administration have not engaged in political attacks when the prospect of withdrawal planning has been raised. At the June 7 Armed Services Committee confirmation hearing on Lieutenant General Douglas Lute, I asked General Lute "what level of planning has taken place" and "whether the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs have been briefed about the level of planning." I also asked General Lute to determine "what kind of timeline would exist if a decision for either military or political reasons were taken to begin withdrawal" and if he considered this kind of planning to be part of his responsibilities.

General Lute replied, "Thank you Senator. I do think such an adaptation, if the conditions on the ground call for it, will be part of this position."

I renew my request for a briefing, classified if necessary, on current plans for the future withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq or an explanation for the decision not to engage in such planning. I also renew my concern that our troops will be placed in unnecessary danger if the Bush Administration fails to plan for the withdrawal of U.S. Forces. Finally, I request that you describe whether Under Secretary Edelman's letter accurately characterizes your views as Secretary of Defense.

I would appreciate the courtesy of a prompt response directly from you. Thank you for your consideration.

A Gathering of Michael Yon's Writings

Michael Yon is one of the best citizen reporters we are blessed to have in these days of war and peace. He does a wonderful job of bringing the news, no matter the state of the news, so that we may be informed of the truth. Why do I say this?

I say this because Michael is an American, and he never forgets that. He is not ashamed to be an American! Most 'journalists' are 'world' journalists, which leads them to consider America as just another country. Not the place of their birth, not the place that gave them all the opportunities they have taken advantage of, not the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. No. They hate America, subconsciously perhaps, but they do.

I can no more trust my enemy to tell me how this dress looks on me than I can trust a reporter who would rather see our enemies be victorious. The arguement may not be comparible, but I assure you that all the women readers of this know exactly what I mean! (For you brave gents, let's assume you took your prized car to the mechanic of your enemy...get it? lol)

Okay. I have been so busy that I have fallen behind in my posting of Michael's articles. That is why I am going to give them to you as a 'gathering' (not to be confused with the wonderful group known as, "A Gathering of Eagles").

Here we go. This article was posted on Independence Day. Michael states clearly that when you see the fireworks and hear the booms, try to imagine the sounds of jets and helicopters and the occasional screams, and that should give a slight idea of life at this time in Baquba, Iraq. The article he has written for us is "Bless the Beasts and Children." He has also issued this: "A warning to those with children: some of the photographs in this dispatch may be too graphic for young ones."

In this email he let us know that he has updated "Update on Bless the Beasts and Children." He also notes that there is a growing number of readers whom are becoming more and more furious at the media for not paying any attention to these facts on the ground, such as well documented mass-murders. Yet they are more than happy to publish anything that is ugly, wrong, fabricated by al Qaida, and so on. This is covered in the update.

There seems to be some difficulty with the archives for people who are new to Michael's site, so he gave us a list of really good dispatches while he works on fixing the problem.

In Baqubah Update 05-July-2007, Michael spoke with an Iraqi official in Baqubah, Iraq. They spoke about al Qaida's treatment of those who disagreed with them. He did not comment on the truthfulness of this reporting by the official, because there were too few "specifics."

They found mass-grave sites about 3 1/2 miles away, which gives just a clue, however, as to al Qaida responds. There were bodies of decapitated children and possibly their mothers as well as men. Michael actually visited the site, so it is not just what someone told him. 'That grim discovery was the focus of "Bless the Beasts and Children."'

There were many people who picked up his article, many heavy-weights as well. Rush includes his sources names to give the reporter proper due. If you see any of Michael's dispatches or hear of them being read without giving credit, please let him know. HIS WORK IS COPYWRITED.

He doesn't mind that we share it amongst ourselves and others, but please remember to always name your source! It is good to have the people understand the truth about what is really happening. This can lead to an intelligent discussion (not like they have in the Senate!).

Whether or not the stories are true about al Qaida's horrendous behavior, ever since the plan set to take place (and did so in Baqubah on 19 June), 'the citizens of Baqubah are very happy, markets are opening, and there has been practically zero fighting in the last couple of weeks. For the latest, please read "Second Chances."'

This dispatch was written on June 12, 2007, while Michael was still in Baquba. I heard his radio interview with Hugh Hewitt at 4pm PCT. It was wonderful to hear your voice again, Michael. :)

There are 5 Americans being held hostage in Iran

Here we go again. Let's see what this cowboy is going to do. Will he turn out to be another Jimmy Carter to our shame, or will he do the responsible thing and get our citizens back? Only time will tell. It has already been since May.

I do not want to hear anything more about talking to these maniacs. I am ready to go in for our own. Call me whatever you like, I have been holding back from war for a very long time. If we do nothing but talk now, in the eyes of the Middle East, we have lost all credibility. Would you please remind the Left that this is not good for what they call, "Relationships" in the world!

Frankly, I don't give a hoot what the rest of the world thinks except in one sense: Fear us. As long as they fear us, they will not attack us. These are just the simple facts of war. Do you want to stop wars? Make your enemy afraid. It is just that simple.

The three people who the IRG have captured and thrown into jail are Dr. Haleh Esfandiari, director of the Middle East Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Kian Tajbakhsh who is a respected Urban Planner and sociologist working for the Open Society Institute, Ali Shakeri, a peace activist, Parnaz Azima, a correspondent working for Radio Farda, the joint Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty–Voice of America Persian-language radio broadcast to Iran, and Robert Levinson who disappeared in early March during a visit to Iran's Kish Island and is believed to be held by the Iranian authorities. Levinson, a retired FBI agent, reportedly had traveled to Iran to investigate a matter on behalf of a private client.

The charges are as follows:

While on the way to airport after a visit with her 93 year old mother, some thugs (IRG probably) stole her passport. This 67 year old grandmother has been charged with being involved with a propaganda campaign to foment a "soft revolution" against the brutal clerical regime.

Kian Tajbakhsh has been charged with "seeking the overthrow of the Iranian government. He and Esfandiari are being held in Tehran's notorious Evin Prison, which contains many other Iranian political prisoners and dissidents."

Ali Shakeri and Parnaz Azima may be joining them soon due to trumpt-up charges. Panaz has been charged (because she works for RFE) of "an institution that spreads propaganda against the Islamic Republic." (And the Europeans still want to have more talks?)

At least Radio Free Europe did not sit on their hands. They used some very strong 'words' toward the Iranian regime. How about you, Mr. President?

The Iranians are hoping to use this former FBI Agent as a pawn to gain leverage in the release of the bastards we caught.

While some may think this is related to Bush in some way, let me make this clear. These arrests started in December of last year, and they got worse when the Iranian regime started cracking down on any dissent. Not every damn thing is George Bush' fault.

Remember. All of these people had passports which were confiscated, and most of them have dual-citizenship.

Hunter testified yesterday for Compean and Ramos

Yesterday Congressman Duncan Hunter (CA-R) testified in front of the Senate of behalf of Border Patrol Agents Mr. Compean and Mr. Ramos. He has sent out a press release for you to be aware of all he is trying to do to have these gentlemen released from prison for which they are in due to bogus charges and the word of an illegal alien drug smuggler. [Emphasis mine.]

Hunter testifies for border patrol agents.
California Congressman seeks full pardon for Ramos and Compean (Washington, D. C.)

United States Congressman Duncan Hunter took his fight to the nation's capitol today (July 17) to convince President Bush to pardon two border patrol agents he feels were unjustly imprisoned. Hunter appeared before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security.

The California Congressman testified that he strongly supports a Presidential pardon of former agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean because, "there is absolutely no justification for such unfair and excessive prison sentences."

The incident dates back to February 2005, when the agents tried to stop a van driven by alleged drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila near the Mexico border. According to court documents, a scuffle ensued between agent Compean and suspect Aldrete-Davila. The suspect broke loose and fled on foot.

Agent Ramos says he believes that he saw a gun, a fact contradicted by the suspect. Both agents reportedly fired at Aldrete-Davila, who fell, then continued his escape across the border. Later, Ramos and Compean filed their official report listing the 743-pounds of marijuana they found in the van, but failed to mention the gunfire.

A Homeland Security agent apparently heard about the episode and traveled to Mexico. According to court documents, the Homeland Security agent offered Aldrete-Davila immunity, if he would testify against Ramos and Compean.

In his testimony today, Hunter took offense to that arrangement. "The U.S. government sadly decided to side with the drug dealer and prosecute agents Compean and Ramos for simply fulfilling their duties as border patrolmen.

The drug smuggler walked away from the incident with only a wound in his rear-end, and the opportunity to attempt another drug run."

Hunter continued, "The men and women of the border patrol are certainly not above the laws they are empowered to enforce, but, they must also know that when they apply the necessary and appropriate level of force, their government will not work aggressively to ensure they are punished while lawlessness is rewarded."

U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, a Bush appointee, prosecuted the agents.

In March, a jury found them guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon, discharge of a firearm during a violent crime, obstructing justice, lying about the incident, and willfully violating Aldrete-Davila's Fourth Amendment right to be free from illegal seizure.

Because there was gunfire, the mandatory-minimum prison sentence the agents will serve is 10 years. The U.S. Probation Office in El Paso, Texas, had recommended 20 years for each of the two agents.

Hunter reemphasized his belief that, "there is absolutely no justification for such unfair and excessive prison sentences."

Hunter's congressional district is in southern California near the border with Mexico. He told the members of the subcommittee, "I represent the border communities, and have for more than 26-years. I have worked with the fine men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol to ensure they receive the support and resources they need to address the constant intrusion of drug and human smugglers across our borders. It troubles me to think that questionable testimony by a drug smuggler, who was granted immunity, and free medical care for his cooperation, was put before the two border patrol agents who willingly accepted this inherently dangerous responsibility."

Hunter noted, "The very day they surrendered to federal custody, I recommended that agents Compean and Ramos be segregated and was assured they would be removed from the general population and close attention was being paid to their personal safety.

The attack against agent Ramos indicates concerns for his personal safety and protection were ignored." On February 6, 2007, Hunter wrote to the President requesting that an investigation be conducted into the attack against agent Ramos.

The letter also requested that Bureau of Prisons Director Harley Lappin be discharged from his position should it be ascertained that the proper precautions were not taken.

Hunter concluded his testimony by emphasizing his belief that, "Pardoning agents Compean and Ramos is the only option available to correct this terrible injustice and, just as importantly, restoring the confidence of the border patrol and the American people that their nation is serious about enforcing its immigration and smuggling laws."

Hunter has said when elected president, his first order of business will be to pardon the agents. Hunter has led the national campaign for border security and immigration reform. He has been joined by scores of his fellow members, and several activist groups.

He was the only Republican Presidential Candidate to attend Tuesday's hearing.

Observers believe that the subcommittee members sought Hunter's testimony because of his long fight for a more secure border and his legislative initiatives.

Hunter drafted legislation that was signed by the President to construct over 800 miles of fence on the southern border. Only a few miles of fencing have been completed. Hunter has charged that the department of Homeland Security has the money and the mandate, but "the administration has a 'case of the slows' in getting the fence built."

He has pledged that, "he will see that the fence is up within six month after he takes office as President.

This is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. CAIR has this theory that we are afraid of terrorists and terrorism and them. How could they be so wrong? I say, "Bring it on!"

We wear uniforms which make us a perfect target, they wear masks so not even their families know who they are! We say, "Bring it on!" They hide behind children and women. They ask others to blow themselves up, yet they will not go out and kill themselves. Too bad. At least we are willing to fight them face-to-face, but they will not do this. They are cowards, and CAIR seems to think we are afraid of cowards? They don't know us, do they?!

Read a little bit of what Parvez Ahmed has to say:

A Muslim civil rights group today blamed Bush administration policies for promoting “Islamophobia” and said the “war on terror” won’t stop terrorists.

Hey Parvez, I have a question for you. If you are so brave and not Islamophobic, why are you not condemning your 'brother' terrorists down in Texas who are on trial which started yesterday?

In the Muslim community, many view the prosecution as driven by pro-Israel political forces and by a form of paranoia they call “Islamophobia.”

“The prosecution is trying to criminalize humanitarian aid,” the vice president of the Dallas chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Khalil Meek, said. “The Holy Land Foundation and its associates are not charged with any violence. Let me explain something to you. Let me explain Americans to you. We do NOT cower when you walk past us. Just as with the Nazis and the Commies, we hate you for the contemptuous bastards you are and those you protect on our soil. No, we are not afraid you. We are not Islamophobic. We just know who are enemies are, and you are he!

Now for the other voice you seldom hear because CAIR is so quick to threaten anyone who speaks up against them and happens to be a Muslim living (and was born) in America. This man is speaking out, through the death threats he has received, against CAIR! He is a religious Muslim who believes that it the responsibility of every Muslim to do the same. His name is Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, and his site is American Islamic Forum for Democracy.

I recommend this Muslim's site, because he is also an American and he is proud to be as such. He has served in our Armed Forces, and he lives in Arizona. Please give him a viewing. We say there are not enough voices condemning Muslim who commit these evil acts, well this guy does speak up for America...If only people would listen.

Mahoney buys silence for $660 million

Before I start this post, please allow me to set the record straight. I am not Catholic. I am a First Southern Baptist Christian. I hold no ill feelings toward those people who choose to be Catholics. I am grounded enough in my faith not to allow anything that anyone says about their religion or mine to bother me, but I will tell what does bother me.

When someone claims the title as a Christian, then publicly acts anyway they choose except as a Christian. I know I have failed in this category, so I understand how easy it is fall off the path and start walking as if we are of this world and not just in it. For this, I repent of my sins of cussing and not reading my Bible as I should.

I have looked in the mirror at myself, and I have taken the log out of my eye. Now let's turn to the speck in Cardinal Mahoney's. To stay in your position as Cardinal of any Church is an even more egregious sin. For these men to continue their grotesque sin and crime, they needed your enablement. They needed your cloak to cover them, and that is exactly what you gave them. Shame on you!

Let's look at this situation as the unbeliever would. There are many religions out there, and every person is going seek the meaning of life at least one point in their life. They ultimately turn to God. You and I know that there is only One True God. We are His representatives, like it or not. What they see on the outside is how God will be judged. What do you think someone looking at you will think?

EDITORIAL NOTE: If you do not agree with me about MY religion, don't bother writing a disagreeable comment. I know there are many who do not believe this. THIS IS WHAT I BELIEVE, and I have that right as much as you do.

To continue. Anyone who has the authority over His flock and leads astray one of His very own would be better off to tie a mulberry bush around his neck and throw himself into the ocean! These are not my words. It is not I who says this, but the LORD. Does that matter to you?

These people who search for God will now have trouble with a Christian God, because this is a big deal. I can tell you that the people who harmed me will never be able to pay me more than I've already paid personally for their crimes. Do not find your hands washed of these crimes against children and humanity. They are not. They cannot be.

How many people are going to Christ now? How many are turning away? What you have done is outrageous and sinful. You are just as guilty as those men, and you should not remain a Cardinal. Not in a Church anyway. You have broken the Holy laws of God and the trust of mankind. The only way to regain the Hope in Christ is for you to leave your post. If you are truly sorry, if you truly love Christ, if you truly desire His flock to be saved, you shall retire your position in the Church. Then again, that's only if you remember we may be in this world, not of it.

EU's immigration problem could be our problem

As many Americans aware, too many immigrants at one particular time who choose not to learn the language, culture, and traditions on one's new home causes an economic, a strain on welfare of the nation, and they sometimes turn to crime as a last resort. However...

We are all aware of the on going riots and mass car burnings in France, but what many Americans are not aware of is the increasing violence and sexual abuse that is occurring amongst Europe's most Islamicized immigrant communities. From Sweden, to Germany to the Netherlands, all across old Europe the danger, crime and poverty of their Muslim immigrant communities is growing exponentially every year. [Read the whole article.]

As if this were bad enough, and it is horrific, there is more.

I have written before of how England has seen an growing rise in sexual assaults and in the so-called honor killing, a brutal and barbaric practice where members of a girl's own family will kill her if she is even seen in public with the "wrong" kind of man. But, England is by no means an isolated trouble spot. All of Europe is seeing the same thing.

Even if convince the people of the Middle East to put an end to this practice of honor killings, it has already become the norm outside of the South-East Asian area.

It is good to note, however, that some people are gathering the strength, as we did against the illegal alien amnesty, to put an end to what the government has will not. Brussels Journal is being quoted in the article I am referring to:

In March this year, native Dutch residents of the city of Utrecht rioted to protest against harassment by Muslim youths and government inaction to stop this. The authorities immediately suppressed the riots by sealing off the area and installing surveillance cameras to control Dutch non-Muslims, but they have done virtually nothing to address the underlying problem of Muslim violence. And this is far from unique to the Netherlands.

Good for them! Shame on that government!

And to top that off, everyone is government has lost their freakin' minds. (Quoted)

Sweden experienced a quadrupling in the number of rape charges in the space of a single generation. Yet Sweden's largest newspaper Aftonbladet recently indicated that the spike in rape numbers was due to the "warm weather," which would presumably mean that these rapes are caused by global warming. The fact that many of the suspects have a Muslim background is purely coincidental, no doubt.

Even the blind could see this, so I can't even go there. I have no words to express the disgust and shame they should be feeling, not political correctness.

Ah, you are wondering why I declared we could be in danger of the problems in Old Europe. Good point. I'll spell it out now. We import people because too many women have selfishly killed their offspring. Who is going to pay the taxes for their promised retirement? It was never meant to be a guaranteed retirement plan, but that is indeed the way people see it.

Where are they going to find these children? From those families who have bred many. That is where! Follow the money. Illegal aliens? Money. Prescription drugs? Money. Islamists? Money. Be careful what you think. I know of several senators who have accepted quite a bit of money from some uncouth characters...

Remember, the people who flew into the twin towers were not poor, they lived in Germany, and they had a following. How can we safely accept anyone, even white Europeans, on their word? What else is there? An inspection? HA! I laugh in your face! Do you remember Mohammed Atta received his visa extension on the six month anniversary of that unspeakable day for which he was in charge of bringing to completion? Oh yeah, like I'm really going to trust them!

I have been receiving news e-mails from them about what is happening in our world that you will never hear about on the TV or possibly even on the radio or the net. I do believe it is a valuable site for us to keep up to date with history as we are making it...or it makes us!

Let's get to North Korea's desire to speak with President Bush one-on-one. Isn't this remarkable? NO! He has been crying for this ever since our president came into office. It is quite humorous the way it is covered in the news, however.

NK wants direct military talks with U.S.

SEOUL, South Korea (Reuters) - North Korea called on Friday for military talks with the United States for peace and security on the peninsula, with Washington saying it can discuss a peace treaty after Pyongyang abandons its nuclear program.

Do you notice how they treat this communist dictator with respect? Sounds very inviting, right?

Six-way talks on ending North Korea's nuclear arms programs are set to resume on Wednesday in Beijing. The North, which has long sought direct talks with the United States, usually holds bilateral meetings with U.S. officials within those discussions

Sounds like President Bush is the bad guy in this matter! Remind me, who's building the nuclear weapons?

Now we will discuss the dishonesty of the reporting on Darfur, Sudan, along with the situation in Africa.

U.S. envoy says Sudan bombing civilians in Darfur.

KHARTOUM, Sudan (Reuters) -- The top U.S. envoy for Darfur on Friday accused the Sudanese government of bombing civilian targets in its war-ravaged western region and rebels of cynically obstructing international efforts to end the conflict.

Bashir always denies any attacks he authorizes. He does authorize them, because the janjaweed does not do anything without his instructions.

International experts estimate 200,000 [It has been 400,000 for 2 years now!] people have died as a result of ethnic[, religious] and political conflict in Darfur since it flared in 2003 when mostly non-Arab rebels took up arms after accusing the central government of neglect. [LIE! It was the Arab janjaweed that was raping, pillaging, murdering, flash burning the land, and committing genocide that started the war.] Washington calls the violence genocide, and blames the government and its allied militia. Khartoum rejects the term and says only 9,000 have died.

I guess you've noticed that I could not restrain myself. Reuters is one of the worst newspapers in the whole world. It ranks right up there with al Jazeera!

What a lot of people do not understand is that is both Kartoum and Darfur have mostly Muslim people living there. The difference? The people in Kartoum are Arab, the people in Darfur are native and black. They are fighting against Sharia law and genocide. Wouldn't you?

These people truly need help, and we may be the only ones in the world that can help them. Our so called leaders would have to change the ROE (rules of engagement). Al Qaida is hiding in the mountains where over 2 million people had to flee their homes as the terrorists moved in to OCCUPY the place. They have many training camps up there, but why talk about that? That isn't news. Oh no. We're not at war. Ya think?!

BTW, I checked. All of the reporters copy/pasted the Reuters article for the Darfur article. Gee, I could do that, and I did not need to go to college to figure out how!

Your Voice needs to be heard today! You've seen the news today. General Petraeus presented to the President his PRELIMINARY Report. The congressional leadership are referring to it as done/final and are again discussing legislation aimed at undermining our Troops while they are in harms way - protecting us! They are discussing bringing them home - before they complete their mission.

They are discussing ways to weaken our country by weakening our military - tying their hands when they've been asked to do a job that they are succeeding at! The surge is finally at it's full strength and some leaders are saying it has failed - without ever giving it a chance to succeed! I don't know about you but this feels like they are aiding the enemy! In fact - this is exactly what the enemy wants!

Is that what you want? Is that the future you want for your children and grandchildren? Is that what your son/daughter/spouse/mom/dad/neighbor fought for? In Iraq ... Afghanistan ... Vietnam ... Korea ... WWII?

I didn't think so. Now - today is the day to do something about it. Please take a few moments today to email or call your congressional leaders and let them know where you stand and that you need them to work and speak out for victory in Iraq, that you expect them to provide the Troops with the funds they need to be successful on the war on terror, and they need to start standing United for a Strong America! Surrounded and severely outnumbered in combat, you can either give up or fight to the death. Petty Officer Luttrell and three other SEALs faced that decision in the hills of Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. A SEAL never gives up

The team, which included Lt. Michael Murphy and Petty Officers Matt Axelson and Danny Dietz, had been sent on a covert mission to find and kill a Taliban leader. As the SEALs scoured the area, they encountered three civilians who Luttrell believes alerted Taliban fighters. About an hour later, approximately 80-100 Taliban fighters appeared and began a ferocious assault. As the small team fought back, a Chinook helicopter arrived in support – but was shot down by the enemy, killing all 16 men on board.

The SEALs realized that their odds of survival were slim – but their training and sense of honor told them to take out as many enemies as they could. By the end of a two-hour gunfight that careened through the hills and over cliffs, Murphy, Axelson, and Dietz had fallen. An estimated 35 Taliban were also dead. Luttrell managed to escape the carnage – badly injured – and slowly crawl away down the side of a cliff.

Dehydrated, with a bullet wound to one leg, shrapnel embedded in both legs, three vertebrae cracked; the situation for Luttrell was grim. Rescue helicopters were sent in, but he was too weak and injured to make contact. Traveling seven miles on foot, he eventually reached a village where he was put under “lokhay warkawal,” Afghan for the protection of the villagers, who fed him and cleaned his wounds. In short order, one of the villagers made his way to a Marine outpost with a note from Luttrell, and U.S. forces launched a massive rescue operation that pulled him from enemy territory. To this day, Luttrell remains indebted to the villagers who risked their lives in his defense. As he told The Washington Post, “In the middle of everything evil, in an evil place, you can find goodness. Goodness. I’d even call it godliness.”

Luttrell was the “Lone Survivor” of the events of June 28, 2005. He was awarded the Navy Cross for his actions.

Okay. So I wanted you to be able to read about them without me messing it up. He is such a remarkable man, although I doubt he will say that about himself. That's one of things that makes him a Hero to me. Just one, though.

Next, we have another brave young man. Here is his story:

Army Reserve Maj. Christopher Matson

One of the most vital missions of the U.S. forces in Iraq is to train and support the Iraqi security forces so that they can defend their own country. Matson was sent to Mosul in April 2006 to work with Iraqi soldiers, most of whom were former “peshmerga,” indigenous Kurdish guerilla fighters. He was part of a specialized task force of ten U.S. soldiers, each with a unique skill set. These training groups, also known as Military Transition Teams (MiTTs), are located throughout Iraq. In Mosul alone, there were 10-15 MiTTs while Matson was there.

Matson served as the operations officer for his team. He knew he needed to develop personal relationships with the Iraqi forces, so he spent a great deal of time in informal settings talking and joking with his Iraqi counterparts. The Kurdish soldiers eventually embraced the training team: not only did they train and work together, but the Kurds came to think of the Americans as family.

Matson and his team lived in a beat-up, bombed-out building in the middle of Mosul, where they and the Iraqis lived together, ate together, and trained together. It was a dangerous setting for sure, but the Iraqis and the Americans faced the danger together. And the constant interaction fostered strong bonds between the two forces – part of a comprehensive strategy to develop and ensure greater leadership on the ground.

Ten days before Major Matson was to return to the U.S., a truck bomb exploded outside of the compound, blowing in the wall of Matson’s room and seriously injuring him. He was knocked unconscious with severe trauma injuries to his head and neck, but his Iraqi counterparts responded swiftly and took him to the nearest medical unit for treatment. Matson attributes his survival to their quick response.

Matson’s injuries were so severe he was unable to return to his unit, which led to his greatest regret: being unable to say goodbye to the Iraqis he had come to call “his brothers.” For his leadership and work in Iraq, Matson received the Bronze Star upon his return from Iraq in May 2007.

Opinion Journal has written a tremendous article about the new strategy that went into full effect on June 15, 2007. Today is July 11, 2007, and the Democrats have been decrying that this is a lost war. Have they spoken with the soldiers? No. Have they spoken with the generals who are on the ground? No. Have they read this article? I strongly doubt it. Why do I believe as I do? Because I have seen this movie before, as Sen. John McCain has put it.

This is the Baghdad Security Plan, and its mission is to secure the people of Baghdad. Even so, commanders are not ignoring the outlying areas of Iraq. U.S. forces have killed or captured many important al Qaeda leaders in Mosul recently, and destroyed safe havens throughout northern Iraq. Troops are conducting counterinsurgency operations in Bayji, north of Tikrit. And Iraqi forces have "stepped up" to secure some southern cities. The Eighth Iraqi Army Division has been fighting Shiite militias in Diwaniyah, an important city halfway between Basrah and Baghdad. As commanders stabilize central Iraq, they will undoubtedly conduct successive operations in outlying regions to follow up on their successes and make them lasting. [Read the whole article.]

I am so very proud of our brave men and women who are willing willing to wear the uniform of the USA and fight for our freedoms. They know what they are doing. They know the different between right and wrong, good and evil. Trust me, they have seen things no one should ever see. They know...and they continue to do the jobs that Americans won't do...oh, wait a minute...they ARE Americans! How about that, President Bush? Is this not the most honorable and toughest job? Hmm. Just as I thought, but getting beyond that...

Thank you, Military. All of you. You are in a class of your own, and you deserve to be there. That doesn't mean we will treat you differently, because we know that is not what you want. We just want you know how grateful we are to have men and women such as you. Thank God!

The Caliphate or the United States?

I have been banning all Iranian products into my house since 1979. Here is a group now that is asking you to do the same. Actually, they are asking for a little more.

Ask President Bush, today, to impose strict economic sanctions against Iran’s import of refined petroleum products. Iran, one of the world’s largest producers of crude oil, lacks the facilities to produce a refined product. As a result, Iran is one of the largest importers of gasoline – nearly half of all gasoline used by Iranians. Now, the Iranians are feeling the pinch of raised prices and gasoline rationing imposed by the government.

A bipartisan group in the U.S. House is seeking economic sanctions against Iran in an attempt to reduce the amount of gasoline imported by Tehran.

The legislation calls for companies that provide Iran with gasoline or assists with the import of gasoline would not be allowed to sell gasoline to U.S. customers. Iran imports most of its gasoline from Persian Gulf states and India.

According to Rep. Mark S. Kirk, R-IL: "This is becoming the critical weakness of the Iranian government, meaning its dependence on gasoline. Riots [in Iran] show the gasoline shortage is a growing danger to the Iranian regime and a diplomatic opportunity for Western countries to force Iran to adhere to international nuclear rules."

The legislation would provide President Bush with several options, as well as several penalties. Included among these are: denial of loans and credits from the Export-Import bank and loans or licenses for exports to the U.S. [Um...I thought we already had this?] The House Foreign Affairs Committee has already approved “legislation designed to strike at investments in Iran.” State Department spokesman Tom Casey said, "We need to do everything that we can to continue to raise the stakes in Iran in terms of its nuclear program."

Another supporter of the bill, Rep. Tom Lantos, D-Calif., said, “Our goal must be zero foreign investment.” To reach that end, the U.S. is also working with European allies to try to increase penalties against Tehran. Of course, the countries that do a lucrative business with Iran don’t want to do anything to upset the powers that be.

Airman gets shot by anti-war creep, news blackout

This is a heart-breaking and maddening story. It was sent to me by Sonnabend, and I believe it is originally from Michelle Malkin. Here are her words:

"My son's best friend, Jon, who's in the Air Force stationed in New Jersey at Fort Dix/McGuire Air Force Base was shot by a crazed anti-military white guy on Independence Day and he remains in critical condition. He had been on leave here in Ohio and got back to his home off base and was unpacking stuff from his car when this 22 year old guy walked up to him and asked him if he lived in the house. When Jon said yes, the guy said "not any more" and shot him point blank in the chest. He tried to shoot him again, but his gun jammed. Jonathan made it into the house. The guy then shot himself.

Turns out the guy left a couple of suicide notes stating how much he hated the military and he wanted to go out making a statement, so he chose to make his statement on Independence Day trying to kill a soldier. We are very worried about our Airman. He's the sweetest, nicest, do anything for ya kid and he's like a son to me. He's been to Iraq and Afghanistan on our behalf and then gets shot in his own driveway here in the U.S by an anti-war, anti-American lunatic. This is gut wrenching."

I am posting this tonight. Can we all (I know you decide for yourselves but if we all do this, I think it will matter) put a post on this?

The MSM is pretending it didnt happen,...this is hot on the heels of the man threatening to shoot Rush Limbaugh.

I know what you post is your business, but I think we all need to let this one be known.A US soldeer is in critical condition because some ant war loon shot him IN HIS OWN HOME.

The dinosaur media is anti-American, but do they have to be so flippant about it? I am glad this a**hole shot him. I wouldn't want him to be in a prison and breathe the same air I breathe. (Or that I would have to pay for.)

Major Highways Project in Uganda!

If you are not familiar with the area, then allow to fill you in a little. Do you remember all those floods we read about and saw on TV a few years back? Well, many of those people were trapped, because bridges that were built there did not take into consideration the levels of the flood waters. Even with the bridges, they could not pass to higher grounds.

Please remember, I am not sure if this is where the floods occurred. I am just using this as a frame of referrence and a theory. Why? I'm so glad you asked!

Currently, the surface of the road is two meters above the river bed, but during floods the water level rises to nearly four meters high. The new box culvert bridge will accommodate for the flood water levels.

To fix this issue, the Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40 will construct a box culvert bridge approximately 20 meters long and five meters wide. The project will consist of backfilling, compacting, reinforcing and re-grading the portion of the road near the culvert that is damaged. On the entrance and exit sides to the new box culvert bridge, the road will be reinforced for approximately five meters to ensure stability of the entire structure. The Seabees will also re-build the Walela Bridge so local villagers have another avenue to travel as well. [Continue reading.]

My brother, while he may be joking, keeps telling me (EVERY TIME he sees me on the computer) to stop blogging. I've been called names that Webster has never even thought of before! No, I'm not going to repeat them. lol.

I spend most of my days answering emails and researching information that I have received from those emails. See, I'm not like the NY Times. I actually care about my credibility! I don't want to put something out there that is just a rumor or a straight out lie. No, I do not get sent lies on purpose. It's just that most people, including myself, can be fooled. When that happens, I will let you know ASAP!

I wish I had some news for you, but I've just been too busy, I noticed there were two car bomb attempts over in the UK, and I am floored by what the PM Brown did in response. No one is allowed to use the word, "Muslim"? WTH? That will cause them to stop...my butt! Do these people, do any people, realize that THEY have declared WAR on us? Anyone who does not agree with Sharia Law or Mohammad, you die. Even if you, apparently.

They blew up the mosque again, what was left of it. All of these were inside jobs. They have found 8 people in England ARE police officers, because they cannot fire them for comporting with the enemy. This PC crap has got to go!

Well, everyone already knew about this. That's why I said I didn't have any news. Everyone be good to your neighbor today and always. Everyone turn in the enemies of our country (whichever one is yours) for as long as it takes. We are in this together, whether you like it or not. There are only two outcomes. Victory or Defeat. Pfc. Jason Steffen, a mechanic with the 725th Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, stationed at Forward Operating Base Kalsu had a special guest at his re-enlistment ceremony June 27 – his father.

Mr. Robert Steffen, Jason’s father, is a mechanic working in the International Zone in Baghdad and was able to get a few days off work to attend his son’s ceremony. [Continue reading.]

Okay, I admit. I do not know everything. I have been spending most of the day trying to Digg one of my posts to no avail. Of course, this does not include the time I spent on the phone with Poison Control, because my cat swallowed some Boracks (sp?) today! She was rushed to the hospital (I woke my brother up and had him take her). She is fine now, in case case anyone cares.

I do not understand (totally) what the words "TITLE" and the such mean. Which goes where? Where can I find this information on Digg? They don't seem to have any searches for things like this (to my knowledge). I must be doing it wrong, because it sure isn't working. :(

US DOJ sues Mississippi using Voters' Rights Act

This is outrageous. In one county of Mississippi, there was flagrant voters' rights denied, manipulated, paid off notaries public to illegally mark certain ballots, they imported illegal voters to run for office, they manipulated the registration rolls and so many other crimes that I'm surprised we haven't heard from the high heavens ne'er a word about this.

Here is one quote from Judge Tom Lee, "These abuses have been racially motivated." Where is Al Sharpton? Where is Jesse Jackson? Anyone? Hmm. This seems unual. Let us read further. Maybe they do show up.

The man who is in charge of local politics is Ike Brown. He does not appear to be related to any of the bigwigs in the north. Oh, he is also a two time felon. Judge Lee had this to say about Mr. Lee, "...being the majority race in Noxubee County, [he believes that the politians] should hold all elected offices, to the exclusion..." of all other races. There are 12,500 people that live in this county and the other race makes up 30% of all the people, yet they only hold 2 out of 26 seats in that county.

Judge Lee went on to condemn the political party of Mr. Brown for not taking more agressive steps to stop this abuse.

No. I don't see mention of the usual northern clamering people. Oh well. Maybe next time?

This is a great article, because it was written at all. It is a travesty of justice and it mocks our constitutional rights. I have not mentioned his race or party on purpose. Mr. Brown is a black man who believes that 'his' county's political seats should be held only by blacks, no whites need apply. Yes, he is a member of the Democrats. So are 9 out of 10 people in the press. Is it any wonder why you haven't heard of this travesty?

You want to start talking about a fairness doctrine? I say, "Let us start with the press."

Is NBC the only Emotional Terrorists?

This made me so angry as I watched it. I have been doing what I can to help our troops, even though it's only a little bit. What NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN have done to the morale of not only our troops but to the people of America is a lie, it is outrageous, and it is close to treason. After all, what is the definition of treason?

1. Now rare. The betrayal of any trust or confidence; breach of faith. 2. The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or (in monarchies) to kill or personally injure the sovereign or his family. Treason against the United States is defined by the Constitution (Art. III, sec. 3) to consist "only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving aid and comfort to them." I have spent most of yesterday and all night getting Spybot Search and Destroy (just hit next when the Wizard tells you to go back because something is not complete--for the free version) and Ad Aware (also free), because Norton did not catch the viruses that infected my computer. I am so sorry to put you through this, but it is better that I tell you now than to have you infecting others. That is, if you are infected.

I became suspicious when I went to sign in at one of the private sites where I write. I typed the first letter of my ID, and there was my whole address book! I got into a heated arguement with the administrator of that site for stealing my info, and he gently pointed me to the possibility that I may be infected. I was sure I was not, because I have Norton. YEAH, RIGHT.

It will take about an hour each for them to scan your computer (if this is your first time), but it is worth it. I do recommend that you read the tutorial for Spybot. Again, I am so very sorry. I hope you find it in your heart to forgive me. Have a day. (I know I left out the 'nice' this time. I do not think this is nice.)

Americans, Wake Up!

It would appear that even after September 11, 2001, some people still do not understand that this is an ideologic war most of all. After all, who is doing most of the bombing of innocents and most of the blaming? I AM TALKING ABOUT THIS CENTURY. Good God.

Maybe I should let someone else speak for a moment.

How many more terror plots will we unravel before one slips through the net and is carried out again domestically? N.Y. City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said after the announcement of the arrests on Face the Nation, “Al Qaida is a philosophy now..it’s a movement.” Well, that is a good first step away from denial. It has only taken six years to get that baby step. But it is not Al Qaeda only. I pray it will not take another 6 years for Americans to comprehend that the philosophical problem is political Islam. The President’s lack of clarity and leadership in naming the ideology of our enemy, the inconsistency of Islamism with American pluralism, and the primary responsibility of Muslims not only to counter terror but to defeat political Islam will continue to give American Islamists the cover they need to grow under his watch with the stamp of approval of the Bush administration. Until we are willing to unravel the ideology which facilitates and apologizes for terror, we are ‘stuck in the mud.’

On June 2, 2007, right after the announcement of the JFK Plot arrests, U.S. Attorney, Roslynn Mauskopf read a statement stating,
“the defendants are charged with conspiring to bomb one of the busiest airports in the United States, located in the one of the most densely populated areas in the northeast…had the plot been carried out, it could have resulted in unfathomable damage, deaths, and destruction.”
This last time the Islamists were driven by a hate for the Kennedy name, but it derives from the same hate for America which is a common manifestation of global Islamism. In the daily practice of medicine, it would be malpractice to have a disease smolder with such a predictable recurrence of acutely possibly fatal exacerbations over a prolonged period of time while a physician only treated the symptoms and ignored the primary cause—political Islam. That is, except in the case of the terminal hospice patient. An unending series of plots across the globe against liberal democracies is our long war against an ideology. That ideology is not terror. It is political Islam.

Would you believe him if he were a Christian? A Jew? How about a Hindu?

Mr. President, as a devout Muslim, I can tell you that the only way the United States can make progress in this war is to have your administration give anti-Islamist Muslims acknowledgement for the centrality of their ideas in this war of ideologies. We can defeat political Islam only if we engage it and marginalize Islamists while positively engaging spiritual Islam. It is time for the administration to set the parameters defining the ideology we are fighting and be critical of organizations which facilitate it. The words of encouragement and admonition to Muslim organizations to lead the charge against radicalism are too vague. The reality is that the priorities, ideologies, and minority politics of the current agenda of the Islamic organizations the administration has courted and which attended last Wednesday’s press conference are far from being on the right page in this conflict.

Yes, he is a Muslim who has been speaking out against these Islamists for years, but who has heard him? Who will give him the time of day? The press?

The informants and so many others have stepped up in connection with other foiled plots despite the pressures against them from Islamists and the MSM. MSM often feed into conspiracy theories about informants, by legitimizing the victimization of Muslims for being “coerced” as informants. The Denver Post made just such a claim as recently as May 18, 2007. Their report claimed that, “Arab-Americans and Muslims are concerned about FBI efforts to recruit them as informants and other tactics designed to prevent terrorism.” This story was, to no one’s surprise, picked up and widely distributed by the Islamist organizations, e.g. CAIR.

And you wonder why CAIR is prevelant with only 1700 members? America had better wake up to real and true threat that we are all facing. If you keep up with his writings and read his site often, you may learn a lot more than what the establiment is telling you.

I have been waiting for many years to hear this news, and they still have not convicted Charles Taylor, ex-President of Liberia. Does anyone remember how long it took for them convict Milosevic? That's right. They never did. He died after 4 years - at least - of waiting for them to convict him or let him go. (And they have a problem with Gitmo? HA!)

FREETOWN, Sierra Leone (AP) -- A U.N.-backed court trying those accused of bearing greatest responsibility for the brutality of Sierra Leone's civil war issued its first verdicts Wednesday, convicting three former leaders of a junta that had terrorized the country during a brief reign.

The court found the three defendants guilty of 11 of 14 charges, including terrorism, using child soldiers, enslavement, rape and murder. [Continue reading.]

The crimes they were NOT convicted of were the crimes against the children. There were no sexually charged crimes that these scums were convicted of for having committed.

I have mixed feelings about this. I'm very glad these terrorists were FINALLY convicted. This lets the other people know that when you enslave children and force them to take up arms, you will be found guilty of war crimes. (Except in the Middle East, I suppose.) This trial has set that precedent. On the other hand, if you only rape these children, then what? That doesn't matter? That is very disheartening.

Charles Taylor's trial began in the ICC (International Criminal Court) a month ago. I guess we have at least 10 years before we get a verdict out of there. That is, if he lives that long...

HOA: Medics educate and Seabees complete project

For some reason, the Horn of Africa has gotten my heart. I can see it has gotten the hearts of many of our military men and women as well. They are doing such a fantastic job over there.

In this first article, the medical personnel are taking classes so that they can help those people who live in isolated areas. They just don't want them to die if they could prevent it.

CAMP LEMONIER, DJIBOUTI - In deployed locations, corpsmen and medics can’t be everywhere. It’s important for all service members to become Combat Life Savers so they can be trained in how to save a life in a remote location. The first few minutes of a traumatic injury are crucial to the victim’s survival, which is why it’s important to know at least basic life saving skills.

“It is just no longer plausible for the medics and corpsmen to provide all the initial care in the modern battle field,” said Ingemunsun. “They are limited and can not help everyone at one time. This next article is a sweet one. When I think of Seabees, I do not think of them doing anything on land. I know. They are not fish, but I just don't. Wait until you read this!

DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti – Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 spent the better part of June 13 cutting down trees at the Djibouti Hospital to make room for a community relations project that will include gazeboes that will improve the quality of life of the community.

The Djiboutians originally started removing the trees, but were unable to complete the project because they didn’t have the right tools. The director of the Djibouti Hospital asked Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa’s Charlie Company, 486th Civil Affairs Battalion for assistance. Afghan: One mission at a time and a new dam

I know many people think the only thing Marines, Army persons, Navy personnel, the National Guard, the Air Force crew and the such are only capable of killing. Trash things and kill people. That's all there is to it, right? Hold on! Not so fast here. Here are two articles that could at least pierce your hearts, if only you would read them.

The first article is aboout changing the lives of these destitute people, one mission at a time.

BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - The C-130 is one of many different types of aircraft stationed here, but could easily be called one of the most versatile.

The members of the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron put that versatility to the test every day. The three primary missions of the C-130s here are airdrop, air-land and aeromedical evacuation.

"Our airdrop missions can be anything from dropping pamphlets to the locals to humanitarian drops such as water, blankets, food and firewood in the winter, ammunition and troop re-supplies," said Senior Airman Patrick Keefe, 774th EAS loadmaster. "Air-land missions consist of troop movements or hauling cargo." [Continue reading.]

They are being modest. They also provide food to people who are so idolated that they cannot feed themselves. These people are just trying to stay alive after years and years of war.

The next article is about the necessity of water and the huge impact dams and irrigation will have not only on their crops but also on their economy. Just take one paragraph:

In a country held back by more than 30 years of war, ineffective water use has made life even more difficult in this already-barren country. Managing water is life or death for farmers like Haji Mazdigar Gul, 56, who explained that without a diversion dam, flooding often causes him to lose his fields, jeopardizing his family’s survival. His village of Koza Bokhana is one of 30 that will benefit from dams, which will redirect water from rivers to the fields of more than 80,000 farmers and families. [Continue reading.]

This is a very good thing they are doing, and they are not doing it alone. The Afghan people are actually working side-by-side with them. They are all great and while we empower them, we also are helping ourselves here at home. Read and find out why. I am very proud of you guys and gals! :)

Iraq: Arrowhead 'Ripper' and 2 Compassionate Soldiers

These are two great articles. First, we have the ISF (Iraq Security Forces) working along side the Coalition Forces (CF) to put pressure on any al Qaida still left in the neighborhood.

BAQOUBA, Iraq - Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) teamed with Task Force Lightning units, Thursday, to clear Baqouba and surrounding areas as Operation Arrowhead Ripper continued.

“We are shoulder-to-shoulder with Iraqi Security Forces in this fight,” said Brig. Gen. Mick Bednarek, deputy commanding general, operations, and commander of Operation Arrowhead Ripper. “Specifically the 5th Iraqi Army Division led by Maj. Gen. Saleem Kariem Ali Alotbei, along with the provincial director of police, Maj. Gen. Ganim, have provided the Iraqi security forces to the fight.

The weeks ahead are absolutely key in not only holding and retaining the ground that is cleared in partnership with Coalition Forces (CF), but also in building trust and confidence with the citizens of Diyala.” [Continue reading.]

This next article is very moving. Two soldiers who were only doing their job turned the mind of one man (who could in turn change the minds of others) when they took notice of the needs of his son.

KIRKUK, Iraq - The nine-year old boy would most certainly lose his leg. Given the prohibitive cost of medical care and his family’s lack of resources, amputation and a life of pain and dependence seemed inevitable. The Iraqi boy’s father was resigned to that conclusion.

Then two soldiers got involved and hope arrived along with them.

Sgt. Donald R. Campbell and Capt. Geoffrey Dutton, both Georgia natives, brought coalition and Iraqi resources together to give an Iraqi boy hope after a chance encounter during a routine patrol in Kirkuk, Iraq. [Continue reading.]

Speak their language

'A Chance' says PM Olmert

I just got through with a conference with Miri Eisin, Foreign Press Spokeswoman for Israeli PM Ehud Olmert' office, and I have more question than answers, I'm sorry to say. I could not hear the questions being asked of her after her initial press conference, so it may just be a misunderstanding.

There was a meeting yesterday with President Mubarak, PM Abbas, King (or President) Abdullah from Jordan and PM Olmert in the efforts of taking an opportunity out of this madness (the civil war in the Gaza Strip) and turning it into a chance to move forward with the 2 state solution. She kept repeating that PM Olmert, she and the others were not going to allow the terrorists to define them, but that the moderates were going to take control and define themselves and their destiny.

They were going to move forward-cautiously of course-with diplomacy. It is going to be a process with a vision of peace at the end of the rainbow. What happened in Gaza was horrific, but this opens the door to opportunity and they are going to walk through it.

There are three main articles that came up. They are:

1. Abbas fired Hamas' elected officials from the government, and now Abbas is working with an emergency government.

2. There will be 250 Arab prisoners, some will be Fatah, released from Israels prisons. The criteria for their release will be that they must not have blood on their hands and they must admit that Israel is NOT the cause of the suffering for the Arabs in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. They had brought it on by themselves by their own actions, their own choices, their own doing (or lack thereof).

3. Abbas has said to the Arabic world, in Arabic (very important because they sometimes say one thing in English and another in Arabic) that he renounced the violence of Hamas, he believed in a 2 state solution living side by side with Israel in peace, and he recognizes Israel. (I'm not sure of the last one. I can hardly read my notes!)

She also talked about the atmosphere produced so the talks could move forward. She stated that it would be a good idea to widen the scope of the dialogue. They are going to meet again next month, since the new emergency government is only around 10 days old.

Then the questions started. I could not hear the questions, but I could hear the answers. Maybe that is where the confusion comes. The first answer was indeed unique. For the first time, there were no, "Yes, BUT's" in their conversation.

Then she said they would give access to the West Bank! This way they could have freedom of movement. (Do you know who else could have freedom of movement, dear?) They also recognize the emergency government as the ruling government. (How long have we been called occupiers, although the government is in Iraq is elected?) However, access and free movement are very important to human beings. (I just pray it is not a mistake.)

There shall never be a compromise with terrorists such as Hamas and others. As to the money that has been held back due to the Hamas government, that shall be released just as soon as they can both agree on a way that is best for the people's humanitarian needs. There are dozens of truckloads per day being delivered everyday, but the Left press will not write about this. (It bothers me that facts are not disclosed, no matter what the situation.) Also, they both want to make sure the money goes to the moderates and not to the terrorists.

Later in the questioning period, they declared there would not be any benchmarks, ultimatums, or the such. This is what people looking in from the outside do not understand. You cannot do such a thing, especially with a government that is only 10 days old!

At the meeting yesterday, Mubarrak said that what Hamas did was create 'a coup'. Abbas agreed, basically, because he said the same thing at a later date. Abbas also declared it was totally unacceptable. However, it is too soon to expect any elections in the West Bank.

There were questions about trust (many questions). The answer was rather usual. Trust must be built, even if it is with your enemies of old. What alternative is there? (Fight back?)

Iran was mentioned, Syria was mentioned, Russia was mentioned, and I have no answers for you. My fault. I was writing as fast as I could! I did happen to catch one comment. Israel has an economy that surpasses that of the EU! I wish I knew those numbers. Now that's something new I could really sink my teeth into.

Let us pray for Israel and her neighbors countrymen and women. (Notice I did not say governments?) Pray for peace, understanding, forgiveness and readiness.Let us also pray that Israel realizes that the more the give, the more the Arabs will consider this weakness. I know most of the Israelis have hearts of peace, and they want the war to stop. Sometimes you have to have take other paths, sometimes you don't. Let us pray this is one of those times you don't, but if it is? Let us pray they have the chutzpah! (Yes, I am an Israel supporter. You can't even sue me! Hahaha.)

SCOTUS rules, Right drools, Left moos

It's the only word that I could think of that rhymes, okay? Now let's move forward. The SCOTUS may have to go back and look at the way they ruled on the McCain/Feingold Incumbant Protection Act-er-Campaing Finance Reform Act.

They have ruled today on FEC v. Wisconsin Right to Life (No. 06-969) and McCain v. Wisconsin Right to Life (No. 06-970). The outcome was finally correct. Most normal people may breathe a sigh of relief. Finally, the court has decided that it cannot take away our free speech rights. Especially during a campaign!

I am getting so fed up with the ignorance of the American people. THERE IS NO SEPERATE OF CHURCH AND STATE. Read your constitution if you don't believe me. Show me where you find those words! Besides, if it were so, why did they have prayers and Church inside the Congress? HMM? Oh, you did not know this? See, that's what I'm talking about. I am not saying people are stupid. I wouldn't do that. I am saying you are ignorant to the facts of history.

(Probably for the same reason I was/am. I was bored to tears by the teachers I got stuck with! But now we have no excuse. We are older.) After Psalm 96, read the 5^th paragraph. You will find that our FIRST President and our FIRST congress recognized God Almighty. If, as they are trying to say now, we are to have no contact with our Maker, I dare say, how are we supposed to live? Like animals? I WILL NOT!

I'm quite sure there are many more souces (just look in our governmental archives), but I really must get going. I have much work to do over at DoD Daily News-2, DoD Daily News and Rosemary's Thoughts. I've decided to consolidate everything I write over at Rosemary's Thoughts. This was passed along to me by Gregg from Pundit Review. I think it is as hilarious as it is eerily scary. Have fun.

JUST SUPPOSE that at every ball game, graduation, prom, etc, someone who has had enough of stupid, anti historical court decisions had the guts to start reciting the Lord's Prayer loudly, and others joined in, then more, until hundreds participated.

And just suppose this spread all over our land until this became standard practice in hundreds of schools, then thousands, then tens of thousands.

Just what would local school boards do? Expel half the student body? (They need their jobs and federal funding far too much to do that.) What would a Federal district court do? Order hundreds of nonviolent, decent minors jailed? Or thousands?

Just what would the Supreme Court do about it - issue more edicts?

What if millions decided the Supreme Court was out of its league and said, "So what?"

Just suppose hundreds of brave school board members, local judges, prosecutors, and others, each in their own area of authority, refused to intervene, realizing that we have already tried it the other way, and the result was a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah of immorality and senseless violence.

Just suppose this then spread next into classroom after classroom, And either a brave student or a brave teacher started the Lord's Prayer (or Psalm 100, or a Bible reading, etc.) each morning, until hundreds of thousands stood up and did their part and stopped cowering before the destructive, God-hating secular attitudes of the pagan minority who parrot the media line.

Just suppose every God-fearing Christian participated peacefully, nonviolently, but firmly and continually. Where would they get enough jails to hold us all? How would they prosecute hundreds of thousands?

It is far more than the government can do to even stop the flow of illegal drugs, despite their best efforts, and overcrowded jails.

What if hundreds of thousands stood up to the tyranny of the minority and demanded their freedom of religion back? They can't build enough jails or courts to begin to deal with such a movement.

During the Civil Rights battles of the 60's, some of the black people decided they had had enough and stood up to the system. A few dozen here, a few hundred there, and eventually the whole country heard, and repented, and changed. Racial repression was an evil whose time was over.

But now, there is another battle and the stakes are even higher. The future of all children, white, black, and otherwise, is at stake. No other country on earth allows a tiny minority of impractical anti-religious bigots to censor their people's right to free religious expression. Even Russian public schools show videos of the life and teachings of Jesus now.

We tend to get exactly the kind of government we deserve.

If you make a time line or a graph, you will see that the exponential increase in public school violence, pregnancy, and foul language all started at exactly the time the Supreme Court threw prayer and Bible reading out of the schools. We told God we didn't need Him, and the results speak for themselves.

Just suppose hundreds of Christians passed this message on to all their friends, leaders and contacts.

Just suppose hundreds of churches, organizations and ministries passed this message on to their constituencies with a request to reprint, repost and repeat it wherever possible.

Just suppose you are a lighthouse. Once upon a time the Church was the moral conscience and spiritual lighthouse of the nation. Now, most congregations are impotent, pusillanimous minor-league social welfare agencies or mutual comfort societies with no impact on the world around their little enclave.

Just suppose you don't know what you should do.

Just suppose that you take action, pass this on, or just simply read it and YOU DO NOTHING.

Ah, that is the question, isn't it?

I have started a new site named, "Rosemary's Thoughts, because I think it will be better for me to express myself better in a different forum. Not that I can't or don't do so here, but I want a site where not so much is expected from me. lol.

I really like the way it looks, and I don't want to 'customize' this site. Even though the other site looks nice, I still want my HTML! I know they have it over at the other site, but I cannot use the href in the template. If I mess up and lose one of the tags, I will lose all of my links that were connected to it! (I do save my template on word, so it isn't that bad. It's just a pain.)

Besides, I want a place where I can just express myself, no matter what. Here, I am more professional (stop laughing!) than I have to be over there. I will post everything I write over there, but I will also have some more writings over there. Who knows? Maybe I'll even have everything I ever wrote over there!

Yes, that would be cool. I could combine everything written on my others, and put them there. That way, I don't have to wonder who's writing what, who's commentting where, etc. That sounds logical to me. No wonder I failed the, "Your Brain is 27% Female, 73% Male" quiz!

I have just found out that a couple of days ago a very good friend of mine was hospitalized and had triple by-pass surgery on his heart. I am begging for everyone who reads this to please pray for John Darby's speedy recovery. This means I expect him to recover.

Revisiting the question: What happened to the WMD?

Scott Malensek over at Floppy Aces (great site!) has a very interesting post today. It is about the WMD issue. Were they there? Were they not? Did he get rid of them? How? Who received them? He tries to answer these oh so old questions in a fashion that makes it new. He did a pretty good job.

He may have accidently told us what happened to those 3 ships that were in the Indian Ocean that were nonresponsive to anyone. They were possibly Russian ships getting rid of the evidence.

Either way, this was not a war just over WMD, as we have repeated until we are blue in the face. People are going to believe what they want. No, it is not okay, because facts matter. But how does one change stubbornness?

Come on, admit it. When it comes to that one thing you hang on to, you must admit that you, as well as I, are stubborn! I just hope it isn't over something that is factully wrong. Give this a read. It looks like he put a lot of research and hard work into it. Thanks, and have a great weekend.

I made a mistake

I made one of the most easy mistakes for which I should have known better. I invited someone to write on some of my other sites before I got to know him. It turns out that he and I just simply do not see eye to eye.

This would be alright, in most cases, but not in a case where I have been working so hard to educate people on Jack Idema's illegal imprisonment in Afghanistan. I'm sorry, but people need to know each other first.

To try to argue with me on this issue is like telling your wife she's fat after she has just lost over 100 lbs on a diet you invented! I'm just trying to make a point here without having to go into the what I really want to say. Let me just say, it would not be good.

I have fought to prove that 2^nd Lt. Ilario Pantano was innocent, and I WAS RIGHT. His so-called witness fell apart on the stand. Pantano was found not guilty, but he never should have been tried months after he had arrived home from Iraq. I mean, damn. What are these men supposed to do when we send them to war? Start dancing with the enemy? GROW UP, YOU MORONS.

Sorry, but I remember what it was like when everyone was against him, too. It still hurts me very deeply, even now.

I have been over at my other sites again, and I have also added another writer to some of my sites. His name is Ronbo, and he certainly does speak his mind. I may not agree with the way he do so, but I will not censor him. After all, isn't that what we are fighting against?

Here are articles from DoD Daily News-2:

ANA aviators partner with U.S. counterparts. This is about a few Afghani pilots in the Afghanistan National Army working with our guys (actually, we are training them), and they seem to be enjoying it very much. They are coming along just fine.

US Navy Seabees improve Primary School in Ethiopia. This one is in a place where I have a soft spot for the people--the Horn of Africa. Our Seebees are working very hard at reconstruction, and they are paving the way for better relationships between our countries. I just love our guys!

Forensic science gives edge to warfighters. This is an article you are just going to love. These guys are a fabulous new asset. They do just as the title implies, they analyze the evidence right on the spot. We used to have to collect it, bring it in, do the paper work, send it off and wait for the results before we could act on it. Man, am I glad these guys are finally there. Yes, we've been better off with them right there. :)

New UK commander tells Iraqis 'We will stand by you'. The Brits have a new commander, and he seems pretty impressive. He reassured the Iraqis that the Brits were going to stay with them and support them for as long it takes. This was good, since some of them went home. He let them know that this was because they were not needed, because their section had been turned over their own ISF (Iraq Security Force). It is his 3^rd tour of duty in Iraq.

First LAR always on watch, even in enemy’s nightmares. I love the picture in this one. These guys are ready to go and kick some butt! They patrol every night so that no terrorist has an opportunity to plant any IEDs. What happens if they run into someone trying? Yes, these guys are al Qaida's worst nightmare. lol.

Dragon’ Soldiers Seize, Destroy Bomb Factory. YEAH! It may not seem like much because there are so many, but each one that is discovered is one less that is available to the terrorists. Also, there is much intel that can be discovered in these places. Great job, guys! Keep up the great work, and be careful.

Airmen receive first AF Combat Action Medals! It is about time they started to recognize the importance of our Air Force. They even created a new medal, especially for the Air Force, so they could claim it as their own. (Each branch has its own special medal.) Recipients of this award: Maj. Steven A. Raspet, Capt. Allison K. Black, Senior Master Sgt. Ramon Colon-Lopez, Master Sgt. Charlie Peterson, Master Sgt. Byron P. Allen and Staff Sgt. Daniel L. Paxton. You'll have to read the article to find out why, but these guys are great!

Leaders, Wounded Warriors Celebrate Army Birthday at WRAMC. It was very nice for the DOD to remember those who are wounded, especially on the 232^th birthday of the Army.

Marines Train Servicemembers in Martial Arts. This one is so cool. I always wondered why we didn't learn this skill, now I don't have to wonder. Check it out. They even have a 57 year old man getting in on the training!

NGAUS Notes and NGAUS: What's Happening in Congress? These are weekly reports for the National Guard.

Reconstruction Advisory Team working with Iraqis in Baghdad. When the surge began, there were not just Military men sent. No. There were also reconstruction people sent. They are small teams of experts that go out with the brigades. This gives them a better chance to see the whole picture, and they also get an opportunity to assess what is necessary to each sector. They are doing a great job!

Iraqi Security Forces foil suicide car bomb attack. This a fantastic article. You cannot tell me the ISF isn't doing their job!

Matt is a true-blue Patriot. He has worn our uniform, and he embodies the true meaning of duty, honor and country. Do you want to be informed or led around by the nose of the dinosaur media whom have never known anyone who has served, let alone served themselves? He is the one to seek out for help. While he has hung his uniform on it's hangers, he still serves us through his blog.

He also several very professional, funny, serious, humble and Veterans writing on his site. They are very near and dear to me as well. Uncle Jimbo even has his own "Friday Freely"! It used to be on YouTube, until they decided they did not want Military videos on their site.

Yes, I am one of those people who happens to listens to one of those eeeeeeeeeeeevil boxes where they hide all them there talking peoples. Yup, they let them go every 10 or 15 minutes to go potty. You know, with all that union stuff, it's probably required. Oh my, don't you just love all this freedom?

Happy Father's Day!

To all the men who've taken their job seriously, God bless you. I pray you have a very Happy Father's Day. For all the men who have been prevented from that great gift, either by the woman not allowing you to a Father or abortion, my heart still goes to you. I just wish you would have tried harder.

I can hear the outcries! Check yourself. Was it because you tired of trying? Did you think it would be better for your child? YOU WERE WRONG! But we all make mistakes. I should know! Happy Sperm Donor's Day to you.

If you have not been a Father to your children, you do not receive the mantle of Father. Not in my book.

To the men who stood up to the plate, you are the true heroes to your children. Now you have to check deep in your heart to find out whether or not you have been influenced by societal restraints or led your children in the ways of the Lord? Teaching your children that there is right and wrong and what the differences are. (You can do this whether you have a religion or not.)

I pray for all men today, that they are appreciated all year long and not just on this day. I pray all men would step up to the plate and be the men they are supposed to be. I pray, also, that the men of today would remember the Lord.

For those of you who do not like my prayers, DO NOT READ MY SITE! It's that simple. I'm a Christian woman, and we are lacking Christian men. Oh, there are many men out there, but they have lost their way. Womens' Lib, political correctness, women lieing, courts believing all women and no men, etc. These men have been attacked and beaten down. They need someone to stand up with them not for them.

Enough talk. Enough phone calls. The Senate, the House, and the president do not care whether we do not like this bill for amnesty or not. So what do we do?

We all get together, Americans who happen to be of Mexican, Asian, African, European, etc. descent, and march on the walls and halls of Washington. Let them know we WILL be heard, and they WILL listen. They do work for US, the American citizens. Not invaders. Not al Qaida. Not Hizbullah. Not Hamas. Not anyone except US citizens. After all, we are the only ones that are supposed be allowed to vote, as if that happens.

I've had it with all the name calling by Senators, Congressmen and the president, that does not have to live the way we, as American citizens, do. As a teen, I worked as a waitress. I tried to get a job out here in California, but I could not get hired. Why not? I don't (and will not) speak Spanish. It is not because I find the language offensive, I do not. I love the language. I even speak enough of it to get by. The problem is, and it's a big one for most Americans, that I don't want anyone telling me that I HAVE to do so.

If you do not desire me telling you about Jesus Christ, then do not force me to speak your language in my own country. Period. Anyone. And you say it is the Christians trying push our agenda down your throats? HA! When is the last bill you heard of that said, "You must be a Christian"??? You have not, because it was put into the constitution that you can believe in whatever you choose. So get out of my face.

I will stand up for what I believe, and you had better believe that! I have that right just as much as you do. Being a Christian does NOT exclude me from politics. No. Just the opposite. It calls me to be responsible enough to get informed, be involved, and don't be lazy.

You will take this land that was given to us by God Almighty, where we made a solemn oath to Him in the Mayflower Compact, over my dead body.

My sleep hours have gotten so messed up as of late. I've been under some stress which I'd rather not get into, and I've been getting to sleep around 12 o'clock. That isn't late? THE NEXT DAY? lol. Yeah. I wake up around 3pm, and I've been falling asleep at the computer.

That is one the excuses I have for the past few posts. I do have some really great news, however. Jack Idema is free, he is on American soil, and he thanks everyone who helped to get out his story of injustice. Thank God!

I will be back. I just need to get some rest. I know, I know. Go to sleep, blah, blah, blah. But you had to be there. lol.

British and American Troops help ANA in readiness

The Aghanistan National Army (ANA) are busy training and working towards the day when they may be able to defend Afghanistan on their own. It seems to be going well. The 205th Regional Security Assistance Command are quite capable and are making sure of this. They are making sure that the ANA has the supplies they need and that the British are teaching them the American ways to run an Army. I like this. I have found that my new friend has posted another great article. He is so articulate, I admire him. For more than that!

I've become aware that he has a few others in his team which could use some letters from home. If you would like to send them packages, letters, or whatever comes to your mind, just let me know. I will set it up. I'm just trying to take care of this group. I'd appreciate any help you could offer these men.

I'm on the poor side, and they're in the middle of nowhere with nothing. I'm sure they have the luxuries, such as MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat), rocks to use for pillows, and all these amenities that the jerk Atkins was complaining about some months back.

I am being selfish, though. I should be telling you about them. Truth be told, I don't know enough about the rest of the team. If you cannot help, I'm sure they would be appreciate any kind words you may have to offer them. Words of gratitude go a long way. :)

We have heard from Sen. Joe on Sunday what we should be hearing or seeing from President Bush, but he's too busy trying to give terrorists amnesty--er--I mean illegal aliens--er--I mean 'comprehensive immigration reform' that everyone should be smart enough to agree upon. NO!

Continuing, President Bush did have some good news over the weekend, however. He received a heroes welcome in Albania. They even named the street in front of their Capitol after him.

Now Sarkozy, wow! It looks as if the conservatives over in France (of all places!) are kicking the pants off the communists at the ballot box! Wow! I wonder what that feels like...

Duncan Hunter on radio with Pundit Review tonight

I really am getting angry about the way they are treating my friends, Mr. Danny and Mrs. Linda. I was just over at his site to get Linda's URL (I can't find it, I misplaced it), and I saw this. I thought I was angry before!

Please be patient with me. I do not like it when good people are taken advantage of, nor do I like it when anyone is in that situation. This is a very bad situation, and it needs to be told. Whirlpool, you want to treat people like machines to tossed out when they no longer serve your purpose or cause you discomfort? You are going to pay for what you have done. I will see to this! If I have to post everyday from now 'til hell freezes over...

The short version (emergency appeal to bloggers).

My wife an attractive 40-year-old was fired from her job, based solely on the accusation from her 50-year-old supervisor that she had sexually harassed him. This supervisor had already made an inappropriate comment toward my wife, and has before had an affair with a married woman under his authority. Because sexual harassment is considered "gross misconduct" our health insurance was terminated immediately. We, however, were not informed of this until today, two weeks later, when we called to arrange for COBRA payments. We have two children with a rare congenital condition which requires frequent doctor visits and daily medication. because of their condition, one of us had to stay home. Linda got the insurance, so I became Mr. Mom. This can be a very serious condition, Our little girl had to be rushed to the emergency room just three weeks ago, simply from wearing herself out on a sleepover at a friend's house.

We are making an appeal to raise funds to cover medical expenses for our children until we can either resolve this, or find insurance, and with serious pre-existing conditions, that won't be easy. We've already had to miss labs requested by their pediatric endocrinologist because of uncertainty about our health insurance. I have been busy bringing all the links I had put into a 'Link' category back onto my homepage. I have realized that people were not listing me in their blogroll because they did not see their site on my blogroll. I apologize for letting you down but if you take a look, you will see your names now. If you do not find your link, please let me know! Now onto the article. I have decided to introduce you to these different people by letting you know about their sites. I am going to have at least one per weekday for you to check out. I am going to start with JVERITAS.

This is a great site if you are watching carefully for news about the documents that have been found in Iraq. He translates what is found, even if it is only a partial document, so that we can see for ourselves and make up our minds if it was right to go in when we did. I do not believe that is his reason for doing this, but this is why I read it.

He does not always post. His last post is January 31, 2007, but keep checking back. That's what I do. It's nice to know someone cares enough to do this. Thank you, and have a nice day.

The vote was 45-50, and it included Byrd, Boxer, Durbin and other Democrats. I do not trust them. I do believe they want to give us a false sense of security so they can do a midnight vote without us knowing about it. I pray our inside spies keep us apraised. Until then...pray!

I do not have CNN, nor will I get cable just to watch these morons perform their prepared 30 second sound bites. I want to have Real debates. But that's besides the point of this article. lol.

Michelle Malkin was live-blogging during this debate. She did a fantastic job. While everyone said that Rudy won, she is the only one who called it like it really is. No one won. Everyone said the same thing they said last time, there were no breakthroughs. No one stood out. There was no one-liner to go down in history.

I guess I didn't miss that much. I just wish they would make these debates available to ALL citizens of the USA. It isn't fair to have only people who pay for TV service to have access to the candidates. They are NOT the only voters.

The Bill of Rights given by God

We live in a nation that has been gifted to us by God with certain unalienable rights. But do we still have those rights? Can they be taken away? Let us watch this video, and then answer that.

This is the exact reason and purpose our Founding Fathers would NOT sign the Constitution of the United States without the gaurantee of the Bill of Rights. Also, the 2nd Amendment was included as an INDIVIDUAL right, just like the other rights, so we could make sure the government listened.

If good fences make good neighbors, armed citizens make good citizens. How can I say that? Just ask any thief, burglar, etc. If they know there's a chance of them getting blown to hell, they are going to think long and hard before committing any crime. Without arms? They won't think twice.

People can choose to rise up against their government. It's been done before. The difference between success and defeat is arms and motivation. Let's just see what happens with this illegal amnesty bill. Will this be the straw that breaks the collective peoples back? I do not know...
