CIA issues warning on China’s military efforts

Proposal would house prisoners in Mexico
PHOENIX (AP) -- Some lawmakers want to explore the possibility of the state contracting to have a private prison built in Mexico to house illegal immigrants now incarcerated in Arizona. [read more]

I like this idea, except for a little thing called our Constitution! No state is able to enter into foreign contracts. Article I, Section 10. "No states shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation;" I wish we could. I would do it in a heartbeat.

Bomb Kills 4 Near Hotel in Thailand
BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - A bomb exploded Thursday near a tourist hotel in a border town in southern Thailand, killing four people and wounding 37, police said, and the prime minister threatened to "lay siege" to hundreds of villages that support separatists in the predominantly Muslim region.
